Dealers' Tables

Doom-Con, Swancon 2012, is now taking reservations for Dealers' tables, for both the Market Day (Friday April 6th) and the entire convention (Thursday April 5th - Monday April 9th).

Tables are 1800mm x 600mm and are available at the following rates:

1 Table, whole of convention: $250
1/4 Table, whole of convention: $80
1 Table, Market Day: $75

A special discount rate of $50 for a Market day table (limited numbers) is also available to fan based, non profit groups.

Dealers wishing to reserve the equivalent space, but not a table (eg for a clothing rack) may do so at the above rates, and should specify when making their reservation.

Dealers' tables can be reserved by emailing dealers-2012 (at) swancon.com.au specifying the desired option (whole convention full table / whole convention quarter table / market day table / fan rate market day table) and the number of tables requested.

Tables will be allocated on a first served basis, however an initial limit of 2 tables for any group will apply to ensure as many dealers as possible can reserve tables.

Please note that these rates do not include membership to Swancon. Dealers who also wish to attend convention events may do so by purchasing a membership (entire convention or individual days) at the concession rate.
